I’m not sure about your second question about atk up and buster up. However the 15% atk up would not increase critical damage as there are other ces which increase critical damage such as holy night supper.

I've always been unsure what exactly the different would be between a raw attack bonus and other bonuses, would the 15% ATK on Golden also make critical hits have their damage increased by 15% and same with the NP damage? If so isn't it basically much better than holy night supper since it gives the same bonuses plus increases normal attack for all command cards as well? Unless im missing something? Also while im at it i wanted to ask would having 15% ATK up increase buster damage by the same amount as 15% Buster up?

But wouldnt increasing the servants atk also increase their crits? Since crits are based of their atk
I'm pretty sure you're right about the atk up affecting both crits and buster. However, the reason you might want to choose holy night supper would be for buff stacking, since any additional atk up bonuses would be additive for golden sumo but multiplicative for holy night supper.
Ah yeah i see now that makes sense, i suppose it depends on the buffs you stack on the servant then, thanks for the help
Sumo and HNS have different roles in the game, mainly Sumo is for farming, since you want it to fill your NP gauge for the hard hitter of the farming team and fire off his NP on the last round of enemies, whereas HNS works for more sustained battles as CQ or Boss battles, because you can get more profit from it when critical hitting or using your NP in a battle of several turns, over a little extra dmg.
Sumo also boosts NP and Crit, it works like Charisma. HNS is only better when the servants already have Atk up so i can stack multiplicatively and vice versa.
