The closest event that has caster monuments is the Valentines. Moonfest only have archer, assassin and rider monuments.

Is there any event to get statues soon?
Recently got Merlin and now Karna from this banner..
But no materials to really build em up.
Is there any event coming up that at least gives statues, or am I stuck grinding the daily quests?
