Yeah she looks pretty strong. A party-wide 40% attack up equivalent, NP seal, party-wide NP battery with 20% at base, enemy crit down, that's substantial. Then there's the ST NP with another 40% damage buff for certain enemies. She sounds better than Nero Bride imo, depending on the situation. That's ridiculous since Bride was seen as the go-to damage/support hybrid. Bride's buffs were all targetable, and this new arts ST saber essentially has bride's most valuable skill with the same numbers, but for the entire party, and a party-wide battery where bride had a targetable NP gain up. Definitely feels like she's powercreeping bride to me.
I'd be glad to see arts servants brought to the forefront again if that happens, but I hope DW brings out some interludes/rank-up quests for some of the older servants too, otherwise it feels like they'd be less and less relevant as the game keeps going. At least increase the hitcounts for some of those earlier arts and quick servants, having 2 hits for arts/quick cards is pretty much a rarity for new JP servants at this point.
Lanling Wang looks even worse imo, his entire skillset looks broken af. I'm noticing a trend with these lostbelt servants too, where they seem to be focused a lot more on control, with a lot of them having more sophisticated NPs rather than just a straight attack with X00% damage. Also on a personal note, I really don't like how his second skill is essentially a targetable version of Ozy's protection of the sun god with a much better cooldown. I know it's a little petty, but it irks me that one of my favourite servant's main selling points - his unique support ability - is now being given to another servant. Can't say it's a bad game design choice if I'm being fair though, this new servant is basically a pretty god-tier arts-crit support that also gives his team plenty of defensive support too (Caster Gil is being hard powercrept tho?).
Dunno how this will affect the meta, but I feel like at this point there is an overepresentation of really, really good arts sabers: Bride, Lancelot, Munenori, and now these two. Seriously what's with that? Quick sabers have Okita and Diarmuid who are both great, and Fran who's okay I guess, but now it looks like buster is the odd duck for ST sabers. Musashi and Rama are the only options there (I think?).
For team comps, putting any mix of Lanling Wang, Beni-enma, Munenori, Lancelot and Tamamo together would be an amazing team for hard content. Lancelot (another ending) + Lanling/Beni + Tamamo for great offensive capability, Munenori + Lanling + Tamamo for stall.
Overall I'm pretty excited for these new servants, if I'm still playing FGO NA 2 years from now I'll probably try to roll for them.
EDIT: well this got out of hand.
