First of all, I am not a noob.
I have played and invested quite a lot of time (and salt) in this game.
My issue is that I don't know which GSSR banner to choose.
All feedback are greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

You have virtually everything, I'd say save your money, personally.
On a serious note, I'd say Assassin/Extra. Jeanne gets her NP interlude this year so having her at NP3 is far from a bad thing, and I'm guessing I don't have to explain Jack to you.

I have lost the number of attempts I made to get Jack, she just won't come home _(:з」∠)_
You have a very stacked roster and I might even consider skipping the banner. But if you don't want to, I vote for lancer. Here is my thinking:
Saber: underwhelming banner and you have every servant, easy skip.
Archer: Tesla is amazing (especially after the skill strengthening in the future) and I wouldn't mind NP2 him. He will be quite useful in farming and some challenge quests. Arjuna is completely overshadowed by him so getting Arjuna is undesirable. Orion is a top arts dps and has an anti-male niche. But you have Vlad, who is another top arts dps, so you don't need Orion to form an arts team (dps-Waver-Tama).
Lancer: your only five-star is latoria, so getting a new servant is quite possible here. latoria herself is an amazing farmer whose main disadvantage is low damage, which can be mended by np2. Karna is the best lancer after his interlude. I am not a big fun of Enkidu due to his weird deck layout and selfish skills. But he would be a new five-star lancer for you and has a ST np. So you cannot really lose on this banner.
Rider: Quetz and Drake have covered both ST and AOE. No need to roll.
Caster: Add another np to waver or Tama would be a disaster.
Assassin/Extra: Jack is amazing. I have a NP5 Carmilla but am still considering raising my NP1 Jack. However, np3 Jeanne would be really bad. Given the high risk and you already have Shiki/Carmilla, so skip for me.
Berserker: Cu Alter is amazing but you only have 1/3 chance.
