Which CE should I pick up for my free gift? Right now I'm thinking either teacher and I or beasts under the moon.
I ended up getting Versus, because even though its really niche Its excellent in that niche and unlikely to be surpassed anytime soon. Teacher and I seems like its just worse that other starting NP CEs, and while Beasts Under the Moon gives a diverse range of beneficial effects I think it's probably too diverse to be that useful.
Unless you're in the same situation as I am in which you don't have any starting NP CE's outside of the rather horrible 3% ones. Teacher and I also has the added bonus of star weight on top of it so it's honestly ideal if you just want something to ease the grind with instead of minmaxing for much - much - later content which, by that point if you're still playing, shouldn't be so much of a hassle.
That's the situation I'm in. I don't have any starting NP CEs. I'll go with teacher and I.
