Yeah, because NA already is in the new year *sarcasm off*
It's still about 6 hours till the actual new year for the NA server. Japan is in the new year since... Hours! They're one of the very first countries to enter the new year (not to mention they are already 2 years ahead, but that's another issue). Of course they already run a campain!
You can always complain afterwards, but before that it's just preposterous.

You would think that a dedicated fgo player would pay attention to the fact that ANYTHING new happening begins at 8pm PST, which is still 1.5 hrs away, beginning with 3 hrs of maintenance, meaning you won't see it until 11pm PST, 4.5 hrs away.

Well, just in case anybody hasn't seen it yet, the shop now has double inventory for new year's.
