Purely from a gameplay (no waifu or sentimental) perspective, is it worth to roll for either of them if:
a) Already hv Lancelot at NP5 with NP3 Tanamo and NP2 Nero Bride as support for content which requires ST Saber and NP2 Modred , OG Altria and Altera for AOE purposes
b) Already hv Jack at NP3 and have both Shuten and Cloe assassin for content which requires either ST or AOE Assassin
The only things "worth" rolling for are what you like, there is no requirement for any specific servant for anything in the game, you can clear most quests with easy-to-acquire 3 star servants or even 1-2 star servants, and what you can't clear with weaker servants, the game allows you to borrow stronger servants for. So no, they aren't "worth" it, especially since you already have Lancelot/Jack/Bride.

I have a somewhat similar but weaker roster compared to yours (np1 altera and bride, np2 modred, np1 jack and shuten), but decided to skip both Musashi and King Hassan. Although Hassan and Musashi can achieve one-turn high damage via Merlin's 3rd skill, they are definitely not necessary given your roster. Hope you have a great pull on the summer banner!
