Beo not really, and I don't think Anne and Mary get better either. I hear Siegfried gets good at one point, but I'm not certain about the details.

EDIT: So I just looked up some of what he has to offer, and from what I can see his best points are a mana burst variant that he gets later on and his NP giving him better NP charge rate for 3 turns which, combined with golden rule means he can kinda spam his NP. TBH he doesn't seem too amazing if you have other AOE sabers, but I guess he's still alright.

Anne and Mary are completely out shown by kintoki rider. They were my first gold rider and I loved them... But kintoki is so much easier to use and hits harder.

You remember those annoying dragon lancers with poison in Babylon, don’t you? They appear in Lostbelts too, I hear. At the very least, you could use him as a tank or something. You could probably safely burn Beo tho
