Things to consider.
1. NP Level
2. NP type, you want Buster/ST
3. Berserkers
4. Low priority, but each pillar has a class type and each pillar is going to have mats you want to farm. So decide what pillar you want to farm and skill level servants that can counter them.
Also, don't max out every useless skill, just the ones that provide
1. More attack, buster up, NP damage up
2. Self NP Gauge Charge.
3. Critical damage up
4. Any skill that helps you make and gather stars
You want to brave chain some crits after that first NP to finish off the pillar asap. So let's see... you said you had 10 lores, I would say that spreads out to about 5 servants if you only level the skills that matter for them. Hell, I'll narrow it down to 6

1. Ibaraki Berserker lvl 80
2. Iliasviel Caster lvl 85 (Barbatos Only, first skill of course)
3. Ushiwakamaru Rider lvl 80 (Need NP5)
4. Elizabeth Saber lvl 70 (ST Buster, better than Lancelot BC Merlin Support)
5. Lancelot Saber lvl 80 (First skill, good for Lancer pillar, First turn crits)
6. Chloe Archer lvl 80 (If Orion has low NP level)
