The deadline for all of these final banners (including the Solomon one with Merlin coming, I believe) is 11:59 PM on the 31st Pacific Time in the US, so it's basically until right when the new year hits in California. For New York, that's 3 AM of the 1st of January. Compare those times to your own respective time, and you'll know when the banner ends.
It's either going to be the morning or early morning of the 1st (if your timezone is ahead of the US, which it almost certainly is), or at the end of the 31st, if you're somehow located at a place with a later zone than California.
Basically, you have until the night of the 31st and early hours of the 1st (or maybe a bit more of the 1st, depending on where you are). Just make sure you do your rolls before the 1st hits and you'll be fine!
