5 Star Servants

Tier A

Archetype: EARTH joins the roster during the FGO 7th Anniversary, and is an AoE Buster Moon Cancer Servant with a hefty self 100% NP charge skill and an array of useful utility effects. She is fully capable of looping with ease with Koyanskaya or Oberon thanks to her charge skill. Her NP can further charge the NP Gauge of Living Human trait allies, deals bonus damage to Chaotic enemies, and uniquely applies a special field type, Millennium Castle, for three turns, which further enhances her third skill by allowing it to give 30% NP Gauge to all allies except herself. She also has a passive that boosts all 3 Card types when she has her special field type active. Within her skill kit, she also has sources of powerful offensive buffs, including ATK and NP Strength buffs, and an AoE DEF debuff. Defensively she can provide a 1-time, 3 turn Invincibility buff to all allies on demand. Additionally, she has access to AoE Skill Seal and can provide up to 100% Buff Removal Resistance to all Good alignment allies. Overall she provides a strong mix of firepower and team support. However, she can be somewhat expensive to use at full potential, with her looping setups requiring Koyanskaya / Oberon, and her non-class advantage damage being low enough to make her not the primary choice as an omni-wave clearer without proper support. However, for Masters with developed rosters, her huge NP charge skill and party charge capabilities make her a very flexible damage option as both a solo farmer and in multi-damage dealer parties.

Tier EX-

Xu Fu is an Alter Ego silver rarity Servant that released during the 7th Anniversary who comes with a supportive Arts NP. Her skill kit essentially makes her a lite version of Altria Caster, providing Arts buffs, NP Gain buffs, and a targetable 30% NP charge skill, enabling her to support Arts loopers for Masters without their own copy of Altria Caster. Unlike Altria Caster, she also provides Crit Damage buffs, healing, debuff cleansing, anti-Undead bonus damage, and a source of Critical Stars from her NP. True to her obsession with Yu Mei-ren, she also has NP Strength and additional NP charge that only applies to Yu Mei-ren allies, although she isn't exactly the best support for a Yu ally due to her Arts support focus. She also has low health and low damage, so her role in a party is firmly as a support alone. Overall, Xu Fu makes for an amazing 3 star Servant to invest in for any Master that has an Arts damage dealer and is looking for a budget Arts looping support. Her availability in the general pool is a boon, giving Masters who may have missed Altria Caster a secondary option for Arts looping.

Tier List Movements

5 Star Servants

Tier B -> B

Ryougi Saber's third skill now grants herself up to 30% NP gauge, while also having a targetable healing effect that has a demerit of draining 10% NP from the healed target. Before, this skill was net-NP gauge negative, although with the buff, now she gains more NP than is lost overall. Something that should be noted, however, is that her self charge occurs before the NP drain effect, so masters will want to keep this in mind if using this with herself as a target.

Ryougi Shiki (Saber): B -> B (Avg Score: 7.78) - [NorseFTX - B][Meliran - C][Rathilal - B+]

Tier B+ -> B+

Voyager gets an upgrade to his third skill, which on top of an assortment of crit performance-associated buffs, now also provides a 3-turn Quick buff to one ally of choice. Although helpful, the buff is not a huge change to his overall role and performance.

Voyager: B+ -> B+ (Avg Score: 8.33) - [NorseFTX - B+][Meliran - B+][Rathilal - B+]

4 Star Servants

Tier B -> B

Vlad Extra's latest upgrade improves the duration and strength of his NP damage boost, provides a party-wide Buster buff for 3 turns, and also adds a slightly more setup dependent ability to stack DEF debuffs on enemies that attack him. When combined with his ability to apply Taunt to himself, he can take advantage of his upgrades relatively well, although the actual values for his NP damage upgrade aren't particularly huge compared to before.

Vlad III (EXTRA): B -> B (Avg Score: 8) - [NorseFTX - B][Meliran - B][Rathilal - B]

Tier D+ -> C

Medusa (Lancer) gainst a skill upgrade with her latest Rank Up, reducing the cooldown of her 3rd skill by a turn, and giving her a nice self NP charge of up to 30%. Given her middling Card NP Gain, this upgrade is helpful to her overall performance.

Medusa (Lancer): D+ -> C (Avg Score: 6.89) - [NorseFTX - C][Meliran - C-][Rathilal - C]

Tier C+ -> C+

Ushiwakamaru's Assassin version gets an NP upgrade with her latest Rank Up. Along with the standard AoE Quick NP buff of +200% damage across the board, Ushi now deals supereffective damage against Lawful alignment enemies, giving her an extra niche.

Ushiwakamaru (Assassin): C+ -> C+ (Avg Score: 7.22) - [NorseFTX - C+][Meliran - C][Rathilal - C+]

Tier B+ -> A

Murasaki Shikibu's Rider form gains an NP Upgrade, given her the standard ST Arts NP upgrade of +300% damage across the board. Additionally, she now has supereffective damage against Earth attribute enemies, which are relatively common among enemy waves.

Murasaki Shikibu (Rider): B+ -> A (Avg Score: 8.78) - [NorseFTX - A][Meliran - B+][Rathilal - A]

Tier B+ -> B+

Lancelot Saber's NP gets an upgrade, with his ST Arts NP gaining +300% damage across the board. Additionally, his Damage Plus buff gets a flat +1000 added, further improving his damage.

Lancelot (Saber): B+ -> B+ (Avg Score: 8.44) - [NorseFTX - B+][Meliran - A-][Rathilal - B+]

1-3 Star Servants

Tier E -> E

Jekyll & Hyde also receive a Rank Up with the Anniversary. His third skill now gives him up to 80% NP charge when in Jekyll form, giving him quicker access to transforming to Hyde via his NP. Unfortunately, he still has no NP available while in Hyde form, relying solely on Card damage, so this upgrade mostly enhances how easily he can access his primary gimmick.

Henry Jekyll & Hyde: E -> E (Avg Score: 5) - [NorseFTX - E][Meliran - E][Rathilal - E]

Tier D+ -> C

Diarmuid's Lancer version gets a skill upgrade that gives him a combination of offensive buffs on his third skill. He now gains all of Quick, Arts, and Critical Damage buffs for three turns for himself, all of which support his overall performance.

Diarmuid ua Duibhne: D+ -> C (Avg Score: 6.67) - [NorseFTX - D+][Meliran - C-][Rathilal - C]

Tier C -> C

Fergus gains a skill upgrade for his second skill, removing the demerit that decreases his own ATK buff success rate. Additionally, he know gains a modest Buster Card performance and Buster Crit Damage buff, each for three turns. The buff is helpful to his performance although was not agreed to be enough to be worth a tier bump.

Fergus mac Roich: C -> C (Avg Score: 7.11) - [NorseFTX - C][Meliran - C][Rathilal - C+]

Tier B -> B

Bartholomew Roberts's latest skill upgrade bolsters his already quite impressive supportive capacity. The cooldown of his second skill is reduced by a turn, and his party-wide Crit Damage buff is boosted in value, while also now providing a flat 10% NP Gauge to the entire party.

Bartholomew Roberts: B -> B (Avg Score: 8.11) - [NorseFTX - B+][Meliran - B][Rathilal - B]

Tier C+ -> C+

Tawara Touta's latest skill upgrade is for his third skill, giving a bit more offensive firepower to allies. His skill now gives a Buster Card performance buff to all allies, and also gives the party a flat +10% NP Gauge, making it a nice upgrade for both himself and any allies fielded with him.

Tawara Touta: C+ -> C+ (Avg Score: 7.55) - [NorseFTX - C+][Meliran - B][Rathilal - C+]

Tier E -> D

Gilles de Rais's Caster form gets an NP Upgrade, which improves his AoE Buster damage by +100% and debuffs the DEF for all enemies for 3 turns. Additionally, it has a niche but interesting effect of adding 30% NP gauge to all Foreigner Class allies, which can make him a consideration when building teams that include Foreigners.

Gilles de Rais (Caster): E -> D (Avg Score: 5.67) - [NorseFTX - D][Meliran - E][Rathilal - D]

Tier B+ -> B+

Paul Bunyan's NP also is upgraded during the 7th annivesary. She gets an AoE Buster damage buff of +100%, and also has the values of her DEF down debuff improved slightly.

Paul Bunyan: B+ -> B+ (Avg Score: 8.55) - [NorseFTX - B+][Meliran - A][Rathilal - B+]
