Quest Overview

At the start of the battle, the following effects will trigger:
- "Strengthening The Restraining Order": Inflict Buff Block onto all enemies and all allies. [Permanent, Unremovable]
- Malignant: All [Evil] alignment allies and enemies will have their Buff Block debuff removed.
After the 3rd turns, every 2 turns, the following effect will trigger:
- The Siren Is Approaching...: All enemies and allies with buffs will be affected with the following effect:
  - Penalty For Violations: Inflict Stun [1 turns, Unremovable] to all enemies and allies with buffs, Remove all their buffs and Reduce their Attack by 50% [2 turns, Unremovable].
