Happy new year, everyone!
As the title implies this is another GSSR question; to put it simply I have NO idea who to roll for!
I have good Sabers and Archers so I know I won't be rolling there and I have all three of the 5 star Casters (Waver by dumb luck, Tamamo on the last GSSR and Sanzang spooked me when I was trying for Merlin, still have mixed feelings about that last one)
I have Jack and although I would like to get Jeanne I think I prefer to wait till she spooks me.
That leaves me with the Rider, Lancer and Berserker banners.
I have Herc so I don't think I need another Berserker but I want someone else's opinion for now.

Best banners for you are the Riders and Berserkers banner. Riders have 2 story locked servants in Medb and Quetz, Berserkers have Cu Alter who is also story locked. I think Berserker would be the best for you as you have a good chance of getting Cu Alter or Vlad, who can work as you have Tamamo and Waver.
I hate Medb with a burning passion (sorry if I offend anyone, just my personal opinion) so that alone makes me kind of reluctant to pull on the Rider banner, on the other hand there is a 3 on 4 chances that I get someone else.
My Herc is already lvl 90 max skills and bond, do you think it's still worth it to roll on Berserker banner?

Sometimes it is really satisfying to sic a pair of overpowered madness enhanced zerkers against the enemies :-) but only if it is worth it to you.
Sounds like fear of mebd makes rider a big no... Lancer isn't a bad option.
Ok... I admit, sending Herc and Cu Alter to decimate things sounds pretty awesome, haha.
I'm inclining a bit more towards Lancer banner, I don't have a bad roster with Li and Jalter Lily but I kind of feel like it's where I'm weaker (at least when it comes to damage, Cu lancer takes care of survival)
You should probably avoid failure at all costs so if you really don't want Medb avoid the Rider banner. Herc works best with bond CE as a safety net, but Cu Alter works well in the frontline, so their roles will not exactly overlap. You have Tamamo and Waver so you have the necessary support for Vlad, and Nightingale is an ok pick
