Will next Halloween event still have the same CE's?
I really want the CE Halloween arrangement and since its only 4 star doing a ten roll practically guarantees i get one, but as Merlin keeps getting closer and closer the more i tell myself to not use a single quartz for anything. Do the same CE's still appear next Halloween or are they replaced with new ones?

It's definitely not guaranteed. I ended up with 11 of them before I got my first Halloween Devil (which was my final goal after NP3 Tama Cat, NP2 Carmela, and NP1 Tama Fox). 9 were from multi rolls, of which zero was from first two multi rolls. Two were from tickets.
If you are saving for Merlin, you must resist the cunning fox's charms.
I hope you don't get a roll like this, which was all of my F2P SQ.

I feel bad seeing this, honestly that's nightmare for every F2P player.
That Golden 4 Star Martial Artis CE though, feels like any art servant using that CE being Possesed by it and become a random Super Saiyan, Sorry just kidding.

You should use x1 summon to test my theory about x1 is better than x10 when you want a ★5 servant.

1x summons are usually the best for me as well. Out of my 5 SSR, 4 of them came from yolos/tickets. Not just that, I summoned Tama Cat a while ago with a ticket as well. I don't feel that 10x summons have that much of an advantage over 1x summons. If anything, if I get something good from 12 quartz, then I saved myself 18 for the next banner, or even the next day. I've had a lot of luck as a F2P this way,

The event next year will be a rerun from our next (non-rerun) Halloween event this year so it has a different pull of CE's.
If you ever want to know about these events you can actually look it up on the wiki page which has the info about JP events. All you need to do after that is look two years ahead and that will be the event running since we are always running two years behind JP. Dates don't line up all the time but it is a good prediction of what will happen.
