I've been playing for 2 months and am completely F2P. That means I was playing for about a week before Onigashima came out. I was able to clear the damage point shop and NP5 Ridertoki. Summer event was even easier, since every servant gave bonuses which made farming so quick. With the coming Prisma Illya event, I don't expect to not NP5 Kuro. With female servant bonuses stacked with CE bonuses and good supports, nothing should be too difficult. You'd be surprised to see how much can be soloed by a high level support. Honestly though, just here to rant on how much I see people worrying about events. You'll clear the event as long as you play the game enough.

Just laziness for the most part. Most of this information is easily available found with just a simple Google search of whatever question people want to ask. I guess you could call it playing casually too which I always find funny because well, it's a game. Who plays a game seriously lul
To clarify, I don't think anyone truly struggles with the actual events themselves unless they're completely brand new or have never heard of the internet. I'm alluding to all the posts that keep coming about whether or not rosters or comps are good enough. It's not fair to ask that kind of question in any case till a person has a good number of max ascended servants both for the extra health and atk that comes from being max levels as well as for the full amount of skills. Even once there, it's very easy to find out a servant's in-game merit just by looking at readily available tier lists if not just looking up a YouTube video of the servant in question. About the only questions that have some merit are specific ones about how one servant synergizes with others or about in game issues or even just memes and shared fun of things that happen in the Nasuverse (even talking about awesome or horrible gacha luck is fine as long as it's phrased right)
You said it yourself: "you'll clear the event as long as you play the game enough."
Some people don't have the time to play full time, that's why people are concerned if they will be able to clear events with sub-optimal grinding sessions. I had exams during summer part 2 and that's the reason I didn't clear the shop (only monuments though so meh.)
Yeah, my tiresome job and the timezone of the country I live combined meant that I can only spent my 120 AP in around 4 hours (not included 40-50 APs I usually use in the lunch) before a day is considered ended. Ya know, reaching home, eating, bathing, having to go sleep...
It's normally enough, actually, for Chaldea Gate grinding of embers and 30/40 AP pieces/monuments (and ofc, Saturdays and Sundays), and yet farming for events can become really complicated if the gacha does not give the CEs (rage quitted Xuangzang event, the Summer part 1 was easy with sticking to the Wood route with Cu, Proto-Cu, Li Shuwen and Arash; water farm as well, thanks to a support lv 100 Atalanta that was a real walk in the park, compensating my only 2 good servants with Iron bonus and no CE for non-wood things). Emptying a shop fully is literally beyond my poor capacities.
And...I am still underleved after over 3 months, strongest servant is Herc with lv 66 (and he's FAR from reaching Bond level 10, still on the middle of 7). Most are 50 to 60. Because of those materials not dropping well enough, and early on I was not planning well enough how to level up (I was levelling almost every unit at the same time, like a dumbass, in the first month...bad videogamer habit).
My question would be more along the lines of "why do so many people ask whether they will have problems with the event". Stuff like this is extremely easy to find online, literally all the info on the event is known, all it takes is a quick google. Seems like you'd get a quicker and probably better answer just from googling it than posting questions here :/
coz some people have busier lives irl than other people. they may have started earlier but have less total playtime. who knows, they might be struggling just to play a game they truly love despite of having such hectic schedules with their jobs or maybe... with their families.
not all of us are degenerates and NEETs LOL
that or they're just lazy bums and pessimistic players who believe they can't do anything without any help.
