Who should I pair with my Lancer Alter?

Shiki and Mash. You got defensive buffs and you have crit star generation, two things Lancer Alter needs.

Support Waver and Hans. Both with 2030 for consistent stars every turn, which is what Lalter needed considering what she is geared for : massive critical damage.
