Who drops the HNS Ce?
Been grinding through the stockings 40 ap node and no luck also i have no idea who drops it.. is it Asterios, Caesar, or Santa Alter?

It doesn't even matter who drops it, drops are predetermined when you spend AP to enter the quest.

Ce drops usually from the highest hp servant enemy, but I haven't actually noticed this event. But I did get 2 of them on the stockings node today.

The Stockings node and the one before have the highest chances for it to drop, it just takes a while since drop rate is shit. I only got my first drop 2 days ago despite playing the free quests from the moment they became available. Now that I have all 5 for MLB, two extra decide to drop just to spite me today.

What about the kid gil and Gilgamesh node? Who drops the ce in that node? (Trying to buy all the mana prisms from shop with fruit cakes while also trying to get the ce)

Usually Gold type enemies, though servants have a higher chance of dropping it. Sadly, its just pure RNG and it just requires all the time and AP you have, plus a lot of hope, to just get it.
