Um...dunno, but...how could I say? If you're asking about their NPs on how much it hurts then quick NPs hurt more than buster considering each cards damage modifier and the NP modifier since quick np tend to have monstrous modifiers this case being Tama cat having a 640% damage on her NP and Kiyo having less since she doesn't have an NP interlude, if I'm not wrong 450%? Both Without boosts. Not really sure of my maths...
NPs are always the first card no matter where you place them and also don't get affected by chain bonuses.
For the cards of course buster hurts more than quick cards, but since you're just farming I guess I'd go with Tama cat though on her own I think she could handle without fous, so put it on Kiyohime for your dream three turn farming team?
