Heracles is just to amazing to let him pass. He probably is the best 4* in the whole game, and one of the best Berserkers, so i would get him over any other option. And you lack a good Zerker too.

Which servant would you recommend me for the free 4*?
I was wondering which one to pick Heracles or Emiya, but at the same time maybe carmilla or siegfried make for a better choice..?

I would go with Herc because he is easily as good as most 5 stars in this game due to his durability. I think that most people would say he's the best 4 star right now and will be for a while. Besides, you already have a really strong archer in Robin, and Emiya is a really awkward servent gameplay wise. Carmilla is a niche anti-Female/Rider assassin but is completely outclassed by Hassan in terms of crit star generation. And Siegfried just plain sucks.
All that being said, I always say to go for servants you like over which are considered "good". Every servant in this game can be OP with the right setup, so don't give up on your favortie servents just because of gameplay. (But Herc is still OP)
