You should honestly just roll for the gacha with the characters you want because that's what makes the game fun. However in terms of strong units, the banner with tamamo, Jack, and cu alter has mostly top tier units. The arguably "worst" unit you can get is medb but imo all 5 stars are great. Supposedly you can only get units you don't have too so it's up to you. But personally, I roll for characters I like. I rolled for mhx even though she's considered not a great unit. GL
