Which one is better?

Both work well on him but I'd go with Another Ending. As long as he has crit stars to use, the passive boost to his Crit Damage will keep his damage output high even while his skills are on cooldown.

Definitely another ending though ideally mlb. If not, formal craft is better before mlb.

Best star gen? 2030 hands down. I won't use either shuten or emiya in this case. You should have a Hans, level him, use him, love him.

If you have Merlin, he works too.
