Judging by what you have I'd go for the Lancer banner or Rider banner for a shot at Ozy. At the end I think you should choose based on which banner you'd get least disappointed with the worst choice.

Which class should I go for in the GSSR coming up?
A while back I purchased some quartz for the GSSR (and I've managed to save it) and was set on rolling Caster since Hans was my only support, but after getting super lucky and rolling Merlin, I don't think it necessary anymore.
My best servants (SR and SSR other than wellfare) are:
Saber: Altria Pendragon, Lancelot, Rama, Gawain, Sumanai, D'Eon
Archer: Altria (Summer), Gilgamesh, Emiya (NP2), Atalante (NP3)
Lancer: Tamamo (Summer), Vlad III, Liz
Rider: Drake (NP3), Martha (NP2), Mordred (Summer), Anne Bonny
Caster: Xuanzang Sanzang (NP2), Nitocris, Nursery Rhyme, Merlin
Assassin: Shuten Douji, Jack the Ripper, Carmilla
Berserker: Vlad, Ibaraki Douji, Fran, Beowulf
Extra: Jalter, Jeanne, Martha (Summer) (NP3)

Based on that I think I'll go Lancer then. There I'm going to get a new 5* that's exciting. Rider gives me a 50/50 shot of getting something interesting: one one hand I could get Ozy or Quetz. On th other I could get NP4 Drake or Medb

Tamamo and Waver are good supports which gives you more options, Waver especially. He works faster than Merlin, so most would still choose him for farming. That said, if you really aren't interested, your other servants are all pretty good. I'd say a good priority would be: Lancer (All in the lineup are decent, you don;t have any of them), Berserker (for Cu Alter, you also don't have Nightingale who is also a good option), Rider (Ozy, though Drake NP3 is already pretty good)
