Which CE is better

Well, golden sumo increases attack on everything by 15%, maiden leading chaldea increases only buster cards attack by 15%. So unless you plan to never use any other card types for that servant, golden sumo has the better damage output. That said, I don't think that comparing the damage output given by these CEs without factoring in all of their effects is going to be all that useful.
