i want a GSSR servant but i can¨t decide for a banner
I am between rider, berserker and assassin banners
(i have karna, orion, tamamo and jeane)

Not much to go on here. Without knowing which servants you are after and which you want to avoid, it's difficult to say. General rule of thumb is to go with the one with the lowest chance of disappointment (since you don't seem to be considering caster).
Do not roll for berserker you only have a 1:3 chance of getting a good servant which is Cu Alter
Do not roll for the assassin banner since you have jeanne this is due to both the assassin banner and extra class banner being combined basically a 50-50 to get jack or jeanne.
I suggest rolling for rider as you have 1:4 chance of failure since Mebd is the only underwhelming SSR there.
