No you couldn't farm them since they don't drop in this event and isn't present in the second part event shop if you want her to be skilled up go to the training grounds for lancers.
Still I suggest getting yggdrasil seeds and Phoenix plumes for the higher level of her skills and claws of chaos when you could, but if I remember they aren't present in the shop and when I tried farming them it was quite hard.
