where is the best ce drop for halloween princess?

Any party quest has 1% drop rate, but I suggest lunatic since it's the only one where I know it'd get dropped by a servant and I don't need to make a guess which servant drops it.
It drops from atlante from that party according to what I read and you just need to keep repeating it if it doesnt drop.
