When will "Golden Bear Lighters" be available again?

So I started during the Oni Island event and got all but the last "Golden Bear Lighter" for rider Sakata Kintoki. (Less than 10 mill away.)

I was told by someone that events tend to cycle and old event items make rounds again after some time.

Based on the JP schedule, how long do I have to wait to see his items come around again for the NA side?

He was my best for so long and is slowly falling off as he is stuck at level 60. Going to have to start cutting him from my main team soon.
