Well if you don't care for marie and can wait till the ninth then yeah go for it martha is the only 4 star ruler in the game so unless you hope to get a 5 star ruler this is the best bet, also jojo memes.

When to roll summer banner 2
Since tomorrow summer part 2 will up, i want to roll on the banner to get squirtle.
I didnt really care with the 4* servant. So maybe i'll jut roll when the banner are out. But i hear marie caster are the worst 4* on this event, and i didnt wanna risk to get her since i already have nursery rime as my main caster atm.
So should i go and pull right away on the banner that has marie on it, or just wait till 08/09 when martha is the only 4* since i didnt have a ruler ? I dont have many CE from the 1st banner so the 2nd banner CE will really help if i can get it faster.

Honestly I'll wait. It doesnt improve chances of five stars as there is only one, so just to prevent yourself from getting what you don't want simply just wait for it on the Martha banner. And trust me it's worth it if you don't really want her and don't want to risk having her.
