When is the next lottery/roulette event?

Despite not getting any of the banner SSRs, I still picked up a handful of new Servants. And despite the 1/2 AP Ember farming, I'm still sorely lacking in Embers to get them up to 4th ascension. Not to mention I'm low on materials and QP for their skills.
