When does Cu Alter and Minamoto no Raikou rate up appear?

I know Cu Alter gets put in the story summon, but I am wondering when his rate up will appear. Also wondering when Raikou rate up is.

Maybe 2 weeks after the release of the new chapter, so by the end of March or the first week of April.

Cu Alter gets a rate up during the 3rd E Pluribus Unum summoning campaign alongside Thomas Edison a few weeks after the chapter gets released

Raikou's first rate up is during the Onigashima Event which will arrive sometime this Summer (Arrived July 11th 2016 in the JP game so likely at the end of June/start of July)

Huh...look like Phantomzwei was wrong about the summoning schedule if Cu banner is on first week of April. I have no idea where he got his information that Cu banner is on May.

Hes just following the JP version, he even says so. the problem with this is that NA wants to catch up with the JP version, so they might skip on some banners, and move some forwards

Honestly nobody know at his moment. Originally in JP America Started on 3/30, Cu Alter's Banner came out 5/18. Generally we are 2 weeks ahead of JP in terms of our schedule which is why we are getting America on 3/15.

However we have gotten certain banner's out of order like London Part 2 before the New Years Pickup summon(JP had it after). So honest guess would be 5/04 with little to no information at this point.

TLDR: Between 3/15 and 5/04 at the latest (Probably 5/04 though)

EDIT: Raikou will more then likely be out Late June/Early July.
