Not really. Just Annoying since boss enemy will start to have multi HP meaning you need to kill them multiple times in one match.

It's Should be Epic of the Remnant. But EOR is more of a sidequest or event that happen after Solomon. You actually can skip EOR and straight go to Lost Belt if you want.

By the way, Shinjuku, Agartha, Shimosa and Salem don't need to be completed in order to unlock Lostbelt 1, who will be released around 2020.
They still give cool nodes to farm the new materials many new servants will need. And a cool plot.
Also, Shinjuku is going to have a fixed node for Hearts, with better drops than Caster 40 AP (and at the cost of way less AP).
