Seriously though, people loaning Chloe probably would want to np nuke some Saber boss. So Golden Sumo, formal craft, and maybe black grail are all good.

What Would You Rather Have On Chloe?
Just quickly popping in with a quick question about what you'd rather have your support Chloe's equip when selecting an archer to use.
Understandably most players wouldn't want to use a Chloe because everyone who played the prisma event should have her np5 and max level, however, I recently raised my Chloe to 10/10/10 level 100 and am ready to put her in my support list so hopefully she generates some interest.
Notable CE I have are:
Golden Sumo MLB lvl 83
Another Ending MLB lvl 100
Formal Craft MLB lvl 100
K-Scope lvl 20
Knights Dignity MLB not leveled
Black Grail MLB level 100

You don't have Halloween Princess MLB?
If you do, you get instant 100% NP bar, with +20% NP damage.
I normally run MLB Kaleido Sapphire, or Azure Magical Girl (this one just when I want to spam really hard her NP back and forth).
Chloe is sort of an Arts Crit, like Saberlot, so I would recomend Another Ending.

She has great NP gen Capability already, just put those Black Nuclear Bomb on her.
