A team for what? It varies according to class advantage, damage dealer and content.
If anything you can do a Jalter setup with Helena and Carmilla with a couple of 2030s.
Farming comps depend on Kaleidoscopes and Waver/Helena. Frankenstein and Nitocris are awesome farmers in general, you can put kaleidoscopes on them.
Any team I personally tried to make a crit team. On Drake and Jeanne d'Arc (Alter) plus Hans Christian Andersen. But what kind of servants do I add next?
I don't know if I'm understanding this or not but it sounds like you are putting drake together with Jalter and Hans. I wouldn't recommend that for crit setup unless you plan for Drake to be dealing the crit damage since she tends to steal stars.
Damage dealer + Hans + Helena is not a bad combination. both Hans and Helena have star regen skill. Helena 3rd skill also not bad it just all her skill have long cooldown.
With a mix of helena, edison, hans, mozart and mash you can build a decent arts crit team. Have someone like vlad robin or saber lancelot as a friend. You might be able to just use Arjuna or mordred rider though even if they are aoe np.
