Ok recently I rolled both a tamamo and a waver off 30 sq and have been thinking of making an arts np spam team. Who should my main damage dealer be if I had to roll for 1 servent specificly?
Vlad III is an awesome arts berserker that works quite well with tamamo and waver. He is likely going to be in the berserker gssr so maybe he could do. Other things are while caster gil isn't a damage dealer he might be worth getting for more arts support when you do build your arts team.
Other then that i'm not sure.
You could use Saberlot for an amazing arts crit team. He can also use his np pretty often.
Squirtoria. Or if you have Chloe, you can just use her and save your quartz for something else.
Orion is your best bet. I managed to clear Camelot using him, Tamamo and Waver except the last boss. With attack down, crit chance down and NP drain down on the NP, you can't go wrong with him. He only has NP gain issues which can be remedied by Waver and Arts boost by Tamamo.
Plan B, a counter measure if the roll is bad but i hope you will get what you want.
Here's some good art servants from the FP summons.
Euryale/Robin have a good NP gains especially Robin, before he can spam his NP your enemies already dead.
Medea can spam her NP really often.
Mashu and Georgios as their tank, can reduce your NP spam ability but for the team safety it's a fair trade.

Squirtoria, Nero Bride, Saberlot, Og Nero, Vlad III zerker, Surfer Mordred, Li Shuwen.
Additional plan :
Most Casters can spam their NP, caster Gilgamesh is a good additions to art NP spam teams. Tamamo is enough, but with him you can boost your Art teams performance even further.
For art Tank/team protectors : Jeanne and D'eon.
My art spam teams :
I don't have Tamamo nor Waver on my main, but i have my own art spam alternatives.
Chloe + Helena/D'eon + friends Tamamo/Waver.
Friends Squirtoria + Helena/Hans + Mozart/D'eon/Mashu.
For Burst damage, Li Shuwen/friends Saberlot + Mozart/Hans + friends Tamamo/Waver/my Helena.
And etc ( so much ''species'' of art teams, but i include a few of my art spam teams here ).
I have played art teams for years and they're really fun to use.
