What is the point of rare mana prisms?
I burned my Carmilla because I didn't need her, and I got a rare mana prism. But I can't use it?

You can use them to EVENTUALLY unlock past shop Ce's and Mystic codes you didn't get. You don't buy the ce the itself just unlock it then buy it with mana prisms.

But the Unlock of CE is permanent (stay there, forever) or there is time to buy it with prisms?
