What is the ideal buster/crit team composition for Jeanne Alter?

Why everyone always ask this question?

My personal answer is that you should put her with Shiki and Lancer Alter. Both have a quick focused kit, but with Shiki's two arts cards, you also have decent NP gain for the team, since AQQ is always good for NP generation. In addition, both Lalter and Shiki are plain two of the best 4* servants in the game.

On a final note, Lalter should absolutely be used because she has the dragon trait, and that means Jeanne Alter's special variation on Charisma, Dragon Witch, will give Lalter two attack buffs instead of one. Because of this, I also highly suggest you keeping Salter in your backline. I've built my Jeanne Alter team to be her and then nothing but dragons, and they hit like a heckin semi truck.

I would just pull Hans from the Friend Point gacha and use him. He's by far the best budget support in the game for Jeanne since he provides crit stars, crit damage boost and defense buff and healing which she needs.

For the 3rd slot I'd pick Shiki since she generates a good amount of crit stars and she can be a pretty good critical hit servant herself while JAlter's 1st skill is on cooldown.
