I'd say you lack more defensive supports.
So far I've been doing the 3BP Raid, even though I didn't defeat Ibaraki, I got her down to at least 1 million every time. The closest was 500k, which could've mean her death with some skills tuneup like Hans crit buff.
My line-up is as follow:
Brynhild 90 10/6/10 Ushi CE MLB
Hans 65 2/7/2 Carp CE
Support Waver 90 10/10/10 Carp CE
Georgios 60 9/4/4 Carp CE
Mash 60 3/7/2 Carp CE
Cu Chulainn 70 4/5/4 Carp CE
Few times only Cu Chulainn has entered battle, and by the time he did I pretty much ran out of turns.
What I do is, the first wave try to fill NP via Arts Chains and Overkill, since Bryn one-shots every Archer and Hans and Waver have 250% Extra damage. By the time I get to Ibaraki I try to have Hans NP up and Waver close by, then I kill the Oni Hands (It only takes me 1 Bryn buster, thanks to class affinity) And after that I focus Ibaraki and use Waver NP to try and stun her while also controlling her Charge bar. Now, the line-up is exactly as I said, gotta keep it in mind. I try to keep waver alive as I can without neglecting Brynhild's safety too much. If someone dies, Georgios would appear. Since Guts doesn't work, I try to swap someone by Georgios so he dies, cancels the 2nd attack from Ibaraki and the one I swapped comes back instantly. Mash usually gets in the battlefield close to the end of the battle, so she tanks one last NP and also use her defensive buffs and NP if I can. Cu Chulainn is more of a last stand so he resists the last few turns.
Hope this helps you. Maybe you can keep a second damage dealer in the backline or maybe in the front so Jalter doesn't suffers too much too soon, but that's what's been working out for me.
