What CE for support Raikou?
Over the last couple of events I've gathered some good MLB CEs, but I don't know what CEs people would best like to see on a support Raikou.
Raikou is NP1 lvl 100 10/10/10 skills thanks to the christmas event.
Before anyone asks, i don't have a kscope.

I agree with this, as he already told that he don't have any Kaleidoscope so the best option is Holy Night Supper or the CEs that you've been mentioned.
MLB Golden Sumo for huge ATK boost.
Also not everyone have Kaleidoscope and we can't equip something that we don't have.

Well, sorry to break it to you but, kscope is probably the go to.
That said, any form of starting gauge to get her going is good. Theoretically, she'd be better off with pure damage steroid or crit boost, but it's support servant. People run you because it's convenient. Nobody builds an entire team dedicated to a support servant to keep her alive, feed her stars and charge her NP.

KS first, any +50% NP second.
If you need to farm you're looking for 3 turns team, so servants with at least 50-80 % np gauge.

Lol @ all the people saying kscope when op clearly says they don't have one. Agree with first reply, holy night supper was practically made for servants like her. Kscope is best for the support list because most people use her for farming, but without that, any +50% NP would work, HNS is the best for her out of those.
