Using paid quartz for future GSSR

They don't expire, they'll be used like regular saint quartz if you choose to roll for something (and run out of free quartz).

Also on a bit of a side note, the next GSSR is in the summer for the anniversary, so it's good to save at least 30 for it. There's some good stuff in it
