well for one, some missions are locked until 8/28 for everyone so no one can do those yet. also missions unlock as you clear prerequisite missions. so like you have to kill 10 snowmen before the kill 15 snowmen quest appears. tho it will count the 10 you already killed meaning you only neeed to kill 5 more it wont show up yet on your list. just keep clearing the missions you have
