Well you have some pretty good servants overall so you have quite a few options team wise.
Most obvious place to start would be with the buster crit comp-
DPS: Jalter, Tesla, Raikou, Rama
The main damage dealers of the team Tesla's good against sabers especially so if they are earth/sky servants though Raikou will often be just as good if not better until he gets his interludes for that role unless you really need extra survivablity. Jalter and Raikou can be used as the main dps against just about anything so it mostly comes down to preference which you want to use as your lead. Raikou has the advantage of being able to generate a good number of stars with her NP which seems to be the thing you'll have the most trouble with overall while Jalter has a single target NP letting her hit a little harder and has much better survivablity. Generally you should run one of these though if you find them dying too quickly putting a second one in the backline isn't a bad idea. Rama should only be used against enemies with the demonic trait though he excels against them.
Support: Nightingale, Waver(from support), Hans, David, Jeanne
Nightingale has her excellent buster buff that can push your damage up to the next level while having a great heal skill to help keep the team healthy and her frailty is partially mitigated by her humanoid defense buff which will apply to basically all servants.
Waver is Waver need I say more?
Hans being one of the best crit supports in the game can help you generate crit stars and push your teams crit damage up he's ridiculously good for being a 2* all in all and his arts deck will help with charging NP gauges too.
David: Harp of healing is busted and switching him in to eat a NP is invaluable, taunters can be used instead if the NP is single target. Charisma is nice too.
Jeanne:Fills much the same roll as David though unlike him she must remain on the field to charge her NP to be effective her upside though is she creates crit stars instead of just eating them like David does.
Backline: Cu, Herc
Having a highly survivable backline like these too is invaluable if/should things go south and your front line get wiped out.
CEs: In raid type events you obviously have to use whatever you're given, outside of those fragments of 2030 is ideal for supports to keep the crit stars coming(likely the most difficult thing for you in this comp) any of the event CEs that drop 4 stars per turn can work if you don't have it. For damage Golden Sumo(lb) and Halloween Princess(lb) let you fire off a first turn NP from waver with all buffs on which gives you a huge lead in damage Halloween Princess usually being slightly better due to how buffs work in this game unless you find yourself really struggling to charge your NP(you shouldn't).
Next up we've got the arts teams~
DPS: Orion, Shiki, Medea
Orion is in fact quite good even against females due to her NPs charge and critical reducing effects and having 2 strong durability skills allowing her to outlast most anything and hit back surprisingly hard. Shiki's mystic eyes of death perception let her NP hit really hard and she can both create and use crit stars effectively to charge her NP quickly and do solid damage in the process. Finally though she's not perfect Medea can spam her NP at an absurd rate making her a solid choice for killing assassins and the debuff removal can be invaluable against some enemies her overall damage output is noticeably lower than the other two though.
Support: Waver, Medea Lily, Hans, Jeanne, Irisveil, David
Once more Waver is Waver and thats all the reason you need to use him.
Medea Lily and Irisveil both help keep the team alive and you can use either to your preference.
Hans does the same things as in buster crit just getting more use out of his healing and def buffs this time around.
Jeanne: Same as before
David: Same as before
Backline: Nero, Cu, Herc
Again having a hard to kill last stand servant is a good idea Nero gets special mention this time for her arts NP which can help keep the arts chains going.
CEs: Basically the same as before though NP gain/arts up CEs may become preferential to 2030 depending on how crit focused the build is. Special mention to Another Ending should you go with a fairly crit heavy team say Shiki Hans and Waver.
I could say a lot more but this is already unreasonably long so I'll leave it there and there are other things I left out like Mash being an excellent support in pretty much any team but again this is already way too long.
