Team composition

I accumulated some characters by now, but I'm struggling to decide for actual teams.
Any tipps for what I should look out, aside of class advantage?
Usually I just combine a berserker with 1 or to servants that fit the enemys.
Servants I leveled up so far:
Illya
Chloe
Medea
Nightingale
Jeanne
Vlad III
Altera
Tama (Lancer)
Okita
Sakata
Altria (Archer)
Minamoto
Cu Chulainn (Alter)

squirtoria/medea/hans: good ap spam with buff stealing, charge stealing, and some attack and crit provided by hans. i feel that would work well. that one i feel is well rounded for general use, but you could sub on chloe over medea for more damage if you feel you can get away with it against whatever content youre fighting. could also sub on mash instead of medea for ridiculous survivability and still have squirtoria nuking things and providing np steal.

cu alter/leonidis/nightingale: im a big fan of leonidas plus berserkers and combined with cus natural defenisve skills i feel it makes cu practically unkillable if he wasnt already, but a lot fo characters can provide. leo comes with the added benefit of a buster buff. nightingale in the same vein provides more damage, debuff removal, and heals which is the only sirvivability tool the other two lack as well as having two buster cards to help chain.

okita/alexander/mash: okita and alexander create a high damage pair with their buff and mash provides the defense. lots of 3 stars and lower could be subbed in. caeser, hans, fuuma, hassaan. more or less in that order of benefit i feel. this team is probably the least surviable of them all. but your main damage dealer in okita has her own dodge so it should be fine as long as she stays alive and the rest buff her.

not that thats all you can do. just some ideas

You have literally all the arts pieces except a support. To standard comp is usually dps+support+support with variations existing. The pattern with the dps and some of the supports you do have strongly tends towards making arts teams. Your best team would probably be using Altria Archer for all non lancer fights along with a Tamamo and preferably a waver. You can use a support Tamamo for now since you don't have her but she will be on rateup soon so I would try to get her when she is if I were you. Waver is ideal as he completes that arts stall charge drain np spam team while, well being waver. Mash is an ok substitute for him though post Camelot being able to buff attack and greatly buff defense as well as provide an invuln.

That is your best team but you do have quite a few SSRs and I do agree that all SSRs are worth levelling. For your other pieces:

Kintoki, Raikou, and cu alter are all amazing berserkers but given that you will have Altria Archer, develop them in this order: Raikou>Calter>Kintoki. The one thing Squirtle lacks is an AOE np for farm which raikou is the absolute best at.
Vlad III is a luxury and should be developed last. While he is an arts dps as well, Squirtle is just straight up better.

Okita is arguably the best current saber out due to her hard hitting self buffed quick np. There aren't a lot of supports to make a good team around her but she works great as an independent unit and will be able to handle the lancer heavy quests

Tama lancer is in the top tier of Lancers with a hard hitting ST np that destroys Male servants (of which there are a lot) and has unique skills that can amplify her boons when used right.

Altera, Jeanne, and Chloe are decent options but you have access to servants that are better at providing what they provide. Note: Jeanne will surpass mash once she gets her strengthening.

Pieces you could use: Lancelot Saber, Tamamo, Gil caster (when he comes out), Fragment of 2030 if you don't have it

A little more on standard comps: as I said before these usually take on the form dps+support+support. Dps is a very specific term. It's your main hitter, the servant that will do the bulk of the damage. Support is a very varied and general term though. As the name indicates, they provide whatever your dps needs to survive or hit harder or crit more often. This can come in the form of Shields and damage cuts or direct healing or targeted attack ups and card type ups or crit damage boosts. This can also come in the ability to generate large amounts of critical stars. Generally support units are not expected to be high level dps but provide benefits to the team such as CD reduction of tamamo's np or nightingale's healing. Alternately they debuff bosses or enemies such as waver's np. Some dps can double or even function better as hybrid supports like jack who provides stars while also being able to do a good amount of damage on the side.
In general though it is a bad idea to combine two dps in a comp with one support. Generally, both dps tend to take away from what each is good at reducing the overall effectiveness of the team. A good example of this is using Kuro and squirtoria together. If you try to do with both you'll inevitably reduce the impact each would have otherwise as an individual (meaning neither would really np spam much which is their strength). It works but very badly and would hardly be called a comp.

Hope this was helpful.

Good point. Like yesterday a question related to Archuria + Kuro as dual archer. 1 hitter + 2 supports is always welcome than other combos. But it is called standard comp, exceptional case always exist.

For Cyano-SP, no supports besides of Nightingale presented, but Nightingale is also weak due to her class and mediocre NP charging speed. Meanwhile he has so many berserkers made gems extremely in shortage. So I think if he won't roll for Waver, Merlin or Tamamo, at least got max skilled Andersen, then consider 1 hitter + 2 supports system. Right now in short term, 2 hitters + 1 support is still not a bad choice.

This is mainly because he has Cu alter, not a normal DPS due to no self attacking buff skill and poor star adsorption. However, 3 buster cards, decent NP damage and capable to all-classes slash make him good to deal damage in challenge quests with mixed classes. A typically team called Waver+Raikou+Cu Alter is in fact very popular in China (0.8 year ahead of NA). We called it one of three universal teams (together with art team and critical team).

Since he also doesn't have any good riders-supportive casters-assassins, he should rely on berserkers in order to deal with these classes. CU alter, always good.

Also he should consider more 1-3 stars. Like David, Geogrois, Kotarou, etc. These servants from my opinion also cannot apply for the 1 DPS + 2 support mode due to poor attack status as DPS, but on the other hand as support they have no "excellent" offensive buff skill for the major DPS as well as unnecessary high star adsorption, but they have unique supportive skills or very good utility. Like David/Leonidas/Geogrois + Waver + Berserkers.

However no matter what, for Cyano-SP himself, in a long-term perspective, supports are always critical.

Cu alter is definitely a plus servant. Him or herc form the best backliner. Both are also versatile enough to be frontline so like in the Calter/raikou/waver comp. I've used a variation of that comp actually to destroy the Chicago free quest when I'm grinding for gears. I used waver, raikou (friend's raikou) and Fran. So on the 2nd set I'd use both raikou's and Fran's nps to generate like 60-70 stars then use battlesuit to swap one out for herc and np buster brave chain the last mob down
