You can always try for the paid gatcha (the 4 horsemen one) and hope you get someone like Tamamo or Waver, even Jack and Nightingale can support your team (Jack by generating a sh*tload of C-Stars and Nightingale with healing & buffs)
If you don't have the money that's understandable;
Mash is a very good support servant if you level her up and have done Camelot (now is a very good time btw since the 3x super/great success) she's really tanky, can provide instant team defence & damage cut, instant invincibility and NP charge to any 1 teammate as well as taunt for 1 turn, 1 thing I love to do with Mash is when the enemy is about to NP nuke you, self-invincibility and taunt and all those NP's are basically wasted. It also helps that she costs nothing. I put Fragments of 2030 on her and she's a machine.
Hans Cristian Anderson is an easy to get, very good support, kinda like a mini Merlin/Waver, in the sense that he can generate lots of C-Stars with his 3rd ability and can buff his team with his other abilities, his NP is easy to get to Lv5 since he is a 2-Star, although being a 2-star makes him pretty squishy.
Medea is a 3-star support that works quite well (healing, general support)
If worst comes to worst, you can try the Story summon and hope you get any of the 5-stars mentioned above
There's also the upcoming paid gatcha, it's class based so you can try the caster variant then.
