summoning salt

Does anyone else ever lose motivation to play the game after saving up SQ for a specific servant only to not get them? I used my saved 200 SQ on Ishtar, and bought in a few times as well and still no waifu lol. Anyone else?

Spend em as you earn em, then you don't have as much invested emotionally to be salty. Low expectations going in and happy surprise if you hit gold.

You can quit the game or take a rest from it.

Just remember that not getting (or getting) your desired servant isn't important at all and save for the next rate-up if you still feel like it. People tend to give more importance to this than it actually has, it's always useful to keep its proper size.

If you are emotionally weak and often give importance to insignificant/worthless stuff, you really shouldn't be playing this game. I have seen people blaming themselves, saying their bad rolls are some sort of karmic punishment and getting all depressed about it, that's fucked up.

I have rolled 700 saved quartz without getting anything, not even the 4* servant on rate up that i wanted. So yeah, 200 quartz is nothing on this game.

i used to save all my quartz for saber lancelot and just roll on every single camelot banner to no avail, in the end tho i just give up and stick with current servant i have and lo and behold when i accidentally use one of my ticket on this banner he decide to show up.... so yeah you win some you lose some, take a break if the salt gets to strong it be a waste to quit right now especially when the story just strating to get really good

I've played for more than a year, i'm used to the salt and i'm totally F2P.
One year +++ that's worth 2K SQs of saving more or less and i only have 2 SSRs on my main, but why should i feel salty if i can enjoy the game.
That's E- Luck Rank for ya !

But can you endure it if you're in my situations ? i guess not because you would have quit FGO for a long time ago.
That's a freaking 2000 SQs wasted dude and i'm still here playing FGO and testing lots of weird team set up.

One thing is, i really enjoy FGO stories and tough enemies + good stories can make your adrenaline rushes and the thrill of grinding never cease to amuse me.

Reroll sucks 🤣

I used to be like that when i played on JP, then my luck increased a little bit on NA.

Now i started buying quartz for every GSSR and sometimes for a specific SSR, worth it since i get to support the game while at it. I'm not really a whale but i have 17 SSRs so i'm pretty happy with that.

I know how you feel. I saved up 300sq for a certain servant. I didnt roll on some banners that I want because I want that servant a lot more and Im sick of borrowing that servant on my friendlist. But i got nothing with 300 sq. Im still playing though.

I hope u did single roll instead cause u can barely roll that much multi with 200 sq. I give up on my expectation on getting anything good from Gacha cause I'm F2p. I'm always roll the Gacha as a pessimist, wish I got the 5 star event CE. The super success rate trick seem to help getting 4 star event CE, it a coincide on how I got the 4 star CE for the Christmas rerun. I guess I should give up farming fruit cake to buy archer monument with the slow pace it going. Current Fruit cake: 396.

Yep, burned 300 SQ and 60 tickets, nothing.

Spent 70€ for another shot, nothing.

That's it for me this year, i'll wait for the GSSR banner and save until Hassan.
