Summer Event Dailies

Is there a limit to the 1ap daily resource quests?

I checked the site for the list and I'm pretty sure I've only done about 5/9 of them. However, they aren't showing up in my base anymore.

Do I need to dismantle buildings or do something else for them to show up?
