Summer banner or Jalter?
I've asked this kind of question before, but it's not even harder to decide since 1. they're limited to this banner only (i think) and 2. good ssr's. Then again there's probably a Jalter banner later this year and I have 19 quartz. Should i roll the summer banner?

If you only have 19 quartz I'd say wait odds are pretty high you won't get anything with so few rolls better to wait til you have more to avoid disappointment imo.

Probably better to save. Whether or not there's another Jalter banner this year is undetermined, but there are other good servants to roll for later, like Merlin.

We will have a rerun of this event with the same banners around the same time next year, whereas I'm pretty sure after this year Jalter will be restricted to paid gacha for a while.

If you looking for just summer servants roll for this. If you plan on rolling for Jalter you going to need alot more than just 19SQ. If you plan on only doing two ten shots on Jalter chances really low you would pull her. You have maybe 3 months if she even comes out again in NA. Try to at least have 120SQ.
