This will be a little tough considering you have neither Waver nor Emiya. Waver at maximum will only reduce the defense 30%, or 50% at NP5. Do note that Shuten Douji has a Dragon Trait, so you may want to watch for her health when up against Sumanai.
One way is, you can put Mashu, Shuten and Archuria at the front. Put a support (Kintoki Berserker or EMIYA) at the back with Hans if you have him. Let the front parts clear, then you can slap in your support by using the Combat Uniform's swap in skill. I'd put in Kintoki if I could since he can charge up his NP thanks to his skill, but Emiya has class advantage.
