So I have 1 ssr scathach and i want to build a quick team,what servants do u need to look out for?and is gil gud in a quick team?
Servants you should look out for MHXA, Zhuge Liang, Jack the Ripper, Okita Souji, Carmilla, Ushiwakamaru, Fuuma Kotarou and both Cu Chulainns.
Sakata Kintoki (Rider) is also an amazing quick servant you can get from the Onigashima re-run were getting later this year if you don't already have him.
Gil is a buster crit-archer who works amazingly well on teams with lots of crit-stars, so while he doesn't fit into the team perfectly, he is still decent in it.
As a support the best thing that you can and should do is waiting for skadi. She is quite similar with merlin but she is Quick support. Also you can wait for wu zeitan she is earlier option. And for attack jack,shinjuku assasin,okita,lancelot.Of course you can use also waver but skadi is better quick support.
Most likely Scathach will be your main DPS. Grab a support Waver, preferably with 2030 CE, and field him with Koutarou. The goal of quick teams is to make consistent crits, and Kotarou is far more reliable for star gen than Scathach. Waver helps Scathach build her NP and provides her attack and crit boost.
In case you didn't know, Scathach gains more NP charge during ABB+EX rather than AQQ+EX due to hit counts.
I just wanted to add Atalanta to the list of answers due to her Literal Rain of Stars after NP and she has a Team Wide Quick Buff.
