200 SQ seems insufficient to me for a SSR.
With 400 SQ, the chances become reasonable.

Spend for summer or save?
Should i try for tamamo lancer with quartz i currently have (180 + 20 tix) since i already have orion as a 5* archer and i have no gold lancer except liz. but i was also thinking of trying for cleopatra instead (only have camilla) and right after save all the way to musashi.

Depends on your desire sensor. I'd save 300sq for 10 multi-rolls for a servant you really want. Pretty much all the Summer units are really good with Squirtoria/Tamamo Lancer/Martha Ruler being the most versatile in my opinion.

Personal Opinion i would save for either getting Musashi who is one the best saber in the game or for Merlin considering how much he broke the meta just from his existance
