With the screencap I took from Cirnopedia (https://fate-go.cirnopedia.org/summon.php#2017), we can see that the NA summoning banners are slightly tweaked to have Medb and Cu Alter before Jalter and the Fate Zero cast. Now that we know Jalter is confirmed later this week, we can safely assume that Gilga and the other Fate Zero peeps will follow suit after a week or so. Will they be available this month? Eehhh can't say for sure but i'm going to guess they're appearing late April or early May, during the Fate/Accel event.
